Pentecost Festival is a national Christian festival in Central London. It is co-ordinated by SJI

The vision is threefold

Pentecost Festival is a challenge to the Church to engage with the world.
Pentecost Festival is a celebration of the Church’s birthday.
Pentecost Festival is an opportunity for people of no faith and other faiths to discover more about Jesus.

Pentecost Festival is arts, music and drama, it’s comedy, sport and film, it’s debates and discussions. Its a celebration of the diverse communities in London and an opportunity for people to discover more about Jesus. It offers something for everyone and everyone is invited regardless of age, faith or cultural background.

Pentecost festival celebrates the birth of the Church, representing the multiculturalism and diversity of the Christian faith, taking the Church out of its buildings and onto the streets of London. The festival is also passionate about social issues, demonstrating God’s heart for justice and compassion.
